Spiral Barbells are a unique shaped barbell that is twisted for comfort yet comfortable to wear and clean. It is bent into the shape of a Z with two threaded attachments at the end. Our spirals come in many materials such as Surgical Steel, PVD Black Coated, and Titanium Anodized. We also have many options of different threaded ends to customise your look. Twist barbells look great in the lip, ear and belly, however this versatile piece can be worn in other types of piercings too.
