Free Delivery & Recorded Delivery is via 1st class post, it is not a guaranteed delivery service.

Goods normally arrive within 1-3 working days from date of posting however Royalmail can take longer.

We recommend that if you want you order to arrive quickly and securely you should select Special Delivery which is next working day.

Orders are despatched the same working day they are paid for if placed before 3pm (subject to availability) We are based in the UK so your order should reach you quickly - but this does depend on Royal Mail, so standard delivery times do vary and are unfortunately out of our control!

Orders are despatched using Royal Mail's 1^st class delivery or 1^st class recorded delivery. Generally first class items arrive within 1-3 working days, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If you would like guaranteed next day delivery, please upgrade to Special Delivery at checkout (depending at what time/day you place the order your package will arrive the day after we send it)

If we are unable to despatch your order, you will be notified by e-mail with a reason. If an item is out of stock, we will give you the option to cancel your order and receive a refund, wait for the item to be back in stock or select a similar item.

Please allow 15 working days from despatch for your item to be delivered. All parcels are despatched 1st class delivery but Royal Mail's service is unpredictable of late! If your parcel is lost or delayed, it’s very rare, but it does happen occasionally, it is the fault of Royal Mail not ours! If your order has not been received 15 working days after being sent (international customers, please allow 25 working days) please email us at info@thebodyjewellerystore.co.uk

RETURNS

After you receive your purchase you have up to 7 days to request a merchandise return.  Please email to us to let us know your order number and what you would like to return.  If we approve your return request, just pop the item in the mail to return to us via First Class Recorded Delivery.  If the package is not received with 7 days of approval, the return will be voided. 

All return requests will be processed on an individual basis.

All decisions regarding returns are final.

Returns are not accepted for lost parts (except where the return is for lost or loose gems).  Ensure all balls, posts and jewellery attachments are returned.

No returns are accepted for items that have been mistreated or misused.

Items cannot be returned after the 7 day period due to changing your mind.
