Upper Ear / Helix Barbell Stars Design Ear Cuff

Very unique and tiny helix piercing shield with barbell.  This cute helix piercing jewellery is designed to wrap around the upper ear flap.  It is decorated with cut out stars for a truly beautiful piece. The barbell it comes with is 1.0mm (18g) and 8mm (5/16") long, crafted in polished 316L stainless steel.
